Access BINUS CX at https://cx.apps.binus.ac.id. - Klik Login, pada bagian kanan atas
Click ‘LOG IN’ at the top right. - Gunakan username dan password yang sama dengan akun Binusmaya
Use the same username and password as your Binusmaya account. - Jika muncul pesan “Stay signed in?”, silakan tekan "Yes" bila ingin tetap sign in agar tidak perlu login lagi jika mengakses Office 365, atau tekan "No" bila tidak ingin tetap sign in [kami menyarankan untuk menekan “No” agar mencegah hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan]
If the message ‘Stay signed in?’ appears, please click ‘Yes’ if you want to stay signed in so you don't need to log in again if you access Office 365, or click ‘No’ if you don't want to stay signed in (we recommend clicking ‘No’ to prevent undesirable things to happen).

- Masukkan kata kunci pencarian atau judul course yang ingin dicari pada field "Search course" yang berada di bagian atas, lalu klik tombol “Search”
Enter the search keyword or course title that you want to find in the ‘Search course’ field at the top, then click the ‘Search’ button - Pencarian manual juga dapat dilakukan melalui halaman Course di “https://cx.apps.binus.ac.id/course/”, lalu pilih kategori yang tersedia
Manual search can also be done through the Course page at https://cx.apps.binus.ac.id/course/ by selecting the available category. - Pilih salah satu course, kemudian klik “GO TO COURSE”
Select a course, then click the ‘GO TO COURSE’ page. - Pada halaman Enrolment, klik “ENROL ME”

PENGAJUAN UNTUK BUAT COURSE
MANAGING/CREATING A COURSE
- Pengguna dengan peran sebagai dosen (faculty member) dapat langsung membuat course [langsung ke panduan “CARA BUAT COURSE” di bawah]
Users with the role of lecturers (faculty members) can directly create courses [see the ‘HOW TO CREATE A COURSE’ guide below]. - Pengguna dengan peran selain dosen perlu mengajukan permintaan untuk buat course
Users with roles other than those of a lecturer need to submit a request to create a course. - Pada halaman Home / Dashboard (setelah login berhasil), klik menu “COURSES” pada bagian bawah
On the Home / Dashboard page (after successful login), click the ‘COURSES’ menu at the bottom. - Lalu klik "REQUEST A COURSE", dan isi data pengajuan course pada formulir “Course request"
Then click ‘REQUEST A COURSE’, and fill in the course submission data on the ‘Course request’ form. - Pada bagian “Course category”, pilih Category dan Subcategory sampai level terendah [aturan pemilihan Category dan Subcategory dapat dilihat di panduan “PILIH COURSE CATEGORY DAN SUBCATEGORY”]
In the ‘Course category’ section, select ‘Category and Subcategory’ at the lowest level (the rules for selecting Category and Subcategory can be seen in the guide ‘SELECT COURSE CATEGORY AND SUBCATEGORY’). - Setelah selesai mengisi semua field, klik “REQUEST A COURSE” pada bagian bawah, dan klik “CONTINUE”
After filling in all the fields, click ‘REQUEST A COURSE’ at the bottom, and click ‘CONTINUE’. - Admin akan menerima notifikasi pengajuan pembuatan course dan akan menindaklanjuti. Mahasiswa akan mendapatkan email pemberitahuan apakah pengajuan diterima/ditolak (harap cek berkala folder Inbox/Spam/Junk pada email). Apabila dalam waktu 7 hari kerja (tidak termasuk hari libur) belum menerima email pemberitahuan, silakan informasikan ke Admin di HUBUNGI KAMI.
Admin will receive a notification of submission of course creation and will follow up. Students will receive an email notification whether the application was accepted/rejected (please check your Inbox/Spam/Junk folder periodically). If within 7 working days (excluding holidays) you have not received an email notification, please inform the Admin on the CONTACT US page.
CARA BUAT COURSE
HOW TO CREATE A COURSE
- Klik tombol navigasi / hamburger (≡) pada bagian kiri atas, lalu pilih menu “Site Administration”
Click the navigation / hamburger button (≡) at the top left, then select the ‘Site Administration’ menu. - Klik "Manage courses and categories"
Click the ‘Manage courses and categories’ page. - Lalu pilih Category dan Subcategory sampai level terendah [aturan pemilihan Category dan Subcategory dapat dilihat di panduan “PILIH COURSE CATEGORY DAN SUBCATEGORY”]
Then select Category and Subcategory to the lowest level (Category and Subcategory selection rules can be seen in the ‘SELECT COURSE CATEGORY AND SUBCATEGORY’ guide). - Klik "Create New Course"
Click ‘Create New Course’. - Isi data course pada formulir; Jika tidak memiliki icon, silahkan download Template ICON ini. Perhatikan bahwa “Course visibility” harus bernilai “Show”, dan “Course Start/End Date’ tidak dicentang/tidak enable
Fill in the course data on the form. If you don't have the thumbnail, please download this TEMPLATE . Note that ‘Course visibility’ must be on ‘Show’, and ‘Course Start/End Date’ should unchecked/unenabled. - Klik "Save and Display"
Click ‘Save and Display’. - Klik "Turn Editing On" untuk mengedit dan menambahkan activity [lihat panduan “CARA BUAT ACTIVITY” di bawah]
Click ‘Turn Editing On’ to edit and add an activity (see the ‘HOW TO CREATE ACTIVITY’ guide below). - Untuk mengatur metode enrolment pada course, lihat panduan “CARA MENGATUR ENROLMENT” di bawah

- Klik "+ ADD AND ACTIVITY OR RESOURCE"
Click ‘+ ADD AN ACTIVITY OR RESOURCE’. - Pilih menu "Label"
Select the ‘Label’ menu. - Klik tombol pertama bersimbol panah ke bawah “↓” untuk menampilkan menu tambahan
Click the first button with the down arrow symbol “↓” to display an additional menu. - Klik tombol HTML "

" - Buka video yang sudah di-upload di Youtube/Stream
Open the uploaded video on YouTube/Stream. - Lalu copy URL video tersebut (pilih URL embed video, bukan URL di address bar) [lihat panduan “CARA UPLOAD/EMBED KONTEN” di bawah]
Then copy the URL of the video (select the URL of the embedded video, not the URL in the address bar). See the ‘HOW TO UPLOAD/EMBED CONTENT’ guide below. - Paste ke field “Label text” [lihat panduan “CARA UPLOAD/EMBED KONTEN” di bawah]
Paste it into the ‘Label text’ field (see the ‘HOW TO UPLOAD/EMBED CONTENT’ guide below) - Lalu klik "SAVE AND RETURN TO COURSE"
Then click ‘SAVE AND RETURN TO COURSE’.
CARA BUAT ACTIVITY FORUM
HOW TO CREATE FORUM ACTIVITY
- Klik "+ ADD AND ACTIVITY OR RESOURCE"
Click ‘+ ADD AND ACTIVITY OR RESOURCE’. - Pilih menu "Forum"
Select the ‘Forums’ menu. - Isi field yang diwajibkan
Fill in the required fields. - Klik "SAVE AND DISPLAY"
Click ‘SAVE AND DISPLAY’. - Kemudian klik "ADD A NEW DISCUSSION TOPIC " untuk membuat topik baru
Then click ‘ADD A NEW DISCUSSION TOPIC’ to create a new topic. - Isi field yang diwajibkan
Fill in the required fields - Lalu klik "POST TO FORUM"
Then click ‘POST TO FORUM’.
CARA MENGATUR ENROLMENT
HOW TO SET UP ENROLLMENT
- Klik icon gear (setting) di atas tombol “TURN EDITING ON/OFF”
Click the gear icon (settings) above the ‘TURN EDITING ON/OFF’ button. - Pilih menu "More…"
Select the ‘MORE’ menu. - Klik tab "Users"
Click the ‘Users’ tab. - Klik bagian "Enrolment methods"
Click the ‘Enrollment methods’ section - Pilihan "Self enrollment (Student)" dapat diaktifkan dengan menekan tombol bersimbol mata pada kolom “Edit” agar pengguna bisa mengakses (enrol) course secara mandiri; Sedangkan pilihan "Manual enrolment" dilakukan dengan menekan tombol bersimbol pengguna+ untuk mendaftarkan pengguna secara manual
The option of ‘Self-Enrollment (Student)’ can be activated by clicking the button with the eye symbol in the ‘Edit’ column so that users can access/enroll the course independently. Meanwhile, the ‘Manual Enrollment’ option is made by clicking the button with the user+ symbol to register the user manually.
CARA UPLOAD/EMBED KONTEN DI STREAM

Access Stream at https://www.office.com/. - Klik icon User di kanan atas untuk login
Click the ‘User’ icon at the top right to login. - Gunakan username dan password yang sama dengan akun Binusmaya

Click the ‘+ Create’ button, then select the ‘Channel’ menu to tidy up video categories. - Isi nama channel, deskripsi channel (opsional)
Fill in the channel name and channel description (optional). - Pilih channel access "Companywide channel"
Select channel access – ‘Companywide channel’. - Upload gambar (thumbnail) channel (opsional)
Upload the image (thumbnail) channel (optional). - Klik tombol "Create" di bagian bawah
Click the ‘Create’ button at the bottom. - Upload video dengan metode “Drag more files anywhere” atau “select more files”, kemudian pilih bahasa pengantar di video
Upload videos using the ‘Drag more files anywhere’ or ‘select more files’ method, then select the language of instruction in the video. - Jika sudah selesai, klik tombol "Publish" untuk setiap video
When you're done, click the ‘Publish’ button for each video. - Klik tombol “My Content” di atas dashboard dan pilih menu “Channel”
Click ‘My Content’ on the dashboard and select the ‘Channel’ menu. - Pilih channel yang sudah dibuat
Select the channel that has been created. - Pada video yang ingin di-embed, klik tombol “…” (More actions) di bagian kanan daftar video, dan pilih “Share”
On the video you want to embed, click the “…” (More actions) button on the right-hand side of the video list, and select ‘Share’. - Pilih tab “Embed” dan salin teks yang ada di bagian “Copy embed code”
Select the ‘Embed’ tab and copy the text in the ‘Copy embed code’ section. - Masukkan embed code pada bagian Activity di BINUS CX
Enter the embed code in the ‘Activity’ section of BINUS CX.
CARA UPLOAD/EMBED KONTEN DI YOUTUBE
HOW TO UPLOAD/EMBED CONTENT ON YOUTUBE

Use a browser with the latest version. - Akses YouTube di "https://www.youtube.com/"
Access YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/. - Klik “SIGN IN” di kanan atas
Click ‘SIGN IN’ at the top right. - Gunakan username dan password Google
Use Google username and password. - Klik icon video di kanan atas, kemudian pilih menu "Upload video"
Click the video icon at the top right, then select the ‘Upload video’ menu. - Pilih "GET STARTED" jika baru pertama kali mengupload video (atau ke nomor 10 jika sudah pernah)
Select ‘GET STARTED’ if it's the first time you've uploaded a video (or go to step 10 if you've already uploaded a video). - Klik “SELECT” pada bagian “Use a custome name” apabila ingin membuat nama channel yang berbeda dengan nama akun
Click ‘SELECT’ in the ‘Use a custom name’ section if you want to create a different channel name with the account name. - Masukkan nama channel, centang bagian checkbox, dan klik tombol “CREATE”
Enter the channel name, tick the check box, and click the ‘CREATE’ button. - Pada halaman channel, klik kembali icon video di kanan atas, kemudian pilih menu “Upload video”
On the channel page, click the video icon again on the top right, then select the ‘Upload video’ menu. - Tekan tombol “SELECT FILES”, dan pilih video yang ingin diupload
Press the ‘SELECT FILES’ button, and select the video you want to upload. - Jika sudah selesai mengupload, centang semua video tersebut, klik menu "Edit" dan pilih menu "Audience"
When you have finished uploading, tick all the videos, click the ‘Edit’ menu and select the ‘Audience’ menu. - Pilih kategori pengguna (boleh ditonton oleh anak-anak atau bukan) sesuai dengan video yang diupload, kemudian centang checkbox "I understand the implications of this action", dan klik tombol "UPDATE VIDEOS"
Select the user category (can be watched by children or not) according to the uploaded video, then tick the check box ‘I understand the implications of this action’, and click the ‘UPDATE VIDEOS’ button. - Kemudian buat playlist untuk video tersebut dengan memilih menu "Add to playlist", lalu klik "CREATE PLAYLIST", isi judul playlist dan pilih visibility-nya “Public”, lalu klik "CREATE" dan “SAVE”
Then create a playlist for the video by selecting the ‘Add to playlist’ menu, then click ‘CREATE PLAYLIST’, fill in the playlist title and select its visibility ‘Public’, then click ‘CREATE’ and ‘SAVE’. - Pada halaman daftar Uploads, klik tombol icon pensil ("Details") pada setiap video, pilih visibility-nya "Public" lalu klik "PUBLISH" (ulangi untuk semua video)
On the ‘Uploads’ list page, click the pencil icon (‘Details’) on each video. Select its visibility ‘Public’ then click ‘PUBLISH’ (repeat for all videos). - Pilih menu “Playlists” di bagian menu kiri, dan pilih playlist yang baru dibuat
Select the ‘Playlists’ menu in the left menu, and select the newly created playlist. - Pada setiap video, klik kanan mouse, dan pilih menu “ Copy embed code”
On each video, right click the mouse, and select the menu ‘ Copy embed code’ - Masukkan embed code pada bagian Activity di BINUS CX

Access BINUS DAMS (Digital Asset Management System) at https://digitalasset.binus.ac.id/. - Tekan tombol “SIGN IN”
Click the ‘SIGN IN’ button. - Gunakan username dan password yang sama dengan akun Binusmaya

Courses with the status of ‘Certificate: Available’ provide an e-certificate when the participant has completed the course and assignment with a minimum score of 85. - Verifikasi keabsahan e-certificate dapat dilakukan dengan memasukkan kode pada halaman https://cx.apps.binus.ac.id/verify_certificate
