About this course

Materi ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan Pembelajar dalam disiplin ilmu produksi dan operasi, termasuk beberapa topik mulai dari peramalan (forecasting), perencanaan agregat, persiapan jadwal produksi induk untuk pengembangan perencanaan kebutuhan material dan perencanaan kapasitas yang merupakan bagian dari manajemen rantai pasokan, termasuk model transportasi . Pada akhir materi, Pembelajar diharapkan akan mengerti proses produksi dan operasi di lapangan seperti di industri manufaktur, fabrikasi, dan lain lain dan mampu menerapkan konsep dan analisa produkasi dengan sebaik-baiknya.
